Jolt! Conference moving to May 2022

 

We’re moving the Jolt! Adviser Marketing Conference to May 4-6, 2022 for three big reasons:

1. The physical and mental health of those we love

While some individuals feel completely safe attending large events, there are many who do not. We have heard from our speakers, sponsors, attendees, and employees who feel a great deal of anxiety and concern related to the surging Delta variant. Rather than force anyone into an uncomfortable position, we prefer to honor their personal wishes and reschedule for a time when everyone can feel safe and relaxed together.

2. The quality of the experience

Jolt! is intended to be an immersive and energizing experience! Between the current miserable state of travel and the masking requirements in Las Vegas hotels, much of the positive energy will be stifled: Plane delays and travel frustrations. No photo or video shoots. No intimate spot-coaching sessions. Wearing hot, uncomfortable masks all day. No killer parties. This is not the experience we want for our inaugural event.

3. Our values

Snappy Kraken is a friendly company. We put people ahead of profits. We respect individual preferences. We care about our communities. We like to have fun. Throwing a socially-distanced conference in the middle of a pandemic just doesn’t fit with our brand.

We respect the companies who choose to move forward with hosting events this year and will continue to support them however we can.

What if I bought tickets?

As far as we’re concerned, nothing is changing about Jolt! except the dates. We hope you’ll still attend. Hopefully you can tell that we’re as committed as ever to making this the best event the industry has ever seen!

  • You do not need to re-register.  If you have already registered for the event, then you’re all set! 
  • You do not need to re-book your hotel rooms. If you have already made a reservation at Aria, your reservation has been moved to reflect the same pattern and length of stay for our May dates.  If you wish to cancel your booking, please click here or call (866) 359-7757 and have your confirmation number handy. 

That being said, we understand that your ticket was for an October 2021 event, and not a May 2022 event. If you need to back out, we’ll be disappointed, but we’ll give you a refund. Simply let us know you cannot attend by shooting us an email at info@joltconference.com and we’ll issue your refund. 

That’s it! It wasn’t an easy decision, but we know it’s the right one.
