Why Aren't My Contact Details and/or Email Signature Updating in My Campaigns?

I Updated My Information, but it Is Not Showing Up in My Campaigns

If you decide to update your Business Information once a campaign has already been created, the campaign content will not update retroactively.

The details you save in your Business Information get used every time you create and personalize a campaign or customizable document.

For example, suppose a landing page or email has a spot for a phone number. In that case, the system (only at the time of customization) will pull the information you have listed from your Business Information.

Campaigns and customizable documents pull your current Business Information only at the time of creation.
