The Opportunity Score scores contacts from 1-100 based on the opportunity they present for your business growth. It provides a simple way to evaluate which contacts are most likely to respond to outreach and what actions to take at varying levels of urgency depending on the contact's score.
How does it work?
Wherever you encounter a contact in the Marketing Hub, such as on the Homepage, their Opportunity Score will be displayed, along with a corresponding level rating of their score.
As contacts interact with your content, their score increases based on the interaction type. Actions like clicking your emails and visiting landing pages may generate a few points, while submitting forms will generate larger scores as it displays a much higher level of engagement. Conversely, every contact's score decreases by 1 every day over 100 days.
The Opportunity Score pop-up provides detailed information about each contact's level rating, and recommends specific actions to optimize conversion.
Note: The Lead Score from your campaigns is different from the Opportunity Score. The Opportunity Score is a more robust scoring system considering all product interactions. We highly recommend using the Opportunity Score moving to measure engagements!
