What is the Marketing Insights Dashboard and How do I use it?
The Insights page helps you make informed decisions on what to do next by analyzing your latest marketing results, as well as providing recommendations such as launching new campaigns or subscribing contacts to an existing campaign.
This Insights dashboard provides a comprehensive set of engagement statistics across all Snappy Kraken products you are subscribed to. The data helps you understand the impact of your marketing activities by surfacing the reach and engagement of your contacts, improving the chances of successful conversions.
What are all of the statistics on the Insights page?
In the top right of the Insights page you can select the date range for statistics.
In the top left corner, you will see your total amount of contacts available. This helps you stay up to date on how many engagement opportunities are available to you at all times. |

At the top center of the Insights page, you will find the Campaign Spotlight which provides recommendations on opportunities to engage contacts via Campaigns. |

In the top right, Convos Analysis displays the total number of Convos texts you've exchanged within the date range selected. |

The Client and Prospect Nurturing section will display multiple data points. It will display all the emails sent from your Campaigns account, texts sent from your convos account, and Social media posts created from your campaigns. |

The Funnel Breakdown displays Campaigns data for the date range specified. You can see the total number of clicks, unique landing page visits, and form submissions completed on your campaigns. |

The Website Analytics section tracks the total traffic (or number or visits) to your website. The number of unique visitors filters out multiple visits from single users. Form submissions shows the number form submissions on your website. Please note, forms created on third-party platforms, such as Jotform, will not be tracked here. |
