The 90-Day Growth Flywheel is a clear overview of your firm’s growth over the last 90 days. You can locate it on the right-hand sidebar of the Opportunity Feed:
Note that the metrics displayed depend on which Snappy Kraken products you’ve activated.
The statistics are broken down into three categories:
- Get Noticed - a measure of the attention and reach you’re receiving online:
- Clicks on your social content and emails: The total clicks on links within social media posts and emails from your Campaigns product.
- Views on your website pages = The total page views on web pages across all your Snappy Kraken websites.
- Social Posts Published = The total social posts that you have published via your Snappy Kraken Campaigns account.
- Grow Audience - how well you’re building connections from this attention:
- Total contacts = The total count of unique contacts on your Campaigns account. This does not count unsubscribed contacts.
- Text opt-ins = The count of contacts who have opted-in to text messaging with you using Convos.
- Websites Leads = The count of submissions (leads) received on all forms across all of your Snappy Kraken websites.
- Start Conversations - how much interest and engagement you’re driving:
- Emails Sent = The count of unique emails sent out via Campaigns.
- Texts sent = The count of unique text messages sent out via Convos.
- Text received = The count of unique text messages received via Convos.
- Most Recent Content = The most recent campaign or blog post that you’ve launched from your Campaigns account or your Websites dashboard respectively.
- Form submissions = The count of total form submissions from landing pages from campaigns. Note that these do not include your website landing pages. You can click the “View submissions” button to view the contacts who have submitted the form.
