Tips For New Appointment Requests
Once a new lead asks for an appointment, it’s essential to ensure that the contact does not receive any more appointment requests. If the contact requested the appointment through the Lead Generation campaign, they will automatically stop receiving follow-up emails, but only from that campaign. If you have this contact in another appointment request sequence (such as any campaign in our Prospecting Email Series), they should be unsubscribed from this campaign. The easiest way to see which campaigns a contact is subscribed to is to click on that person’s contact management screen.
