Visual Social Post Editor

A new and improved experience for editing the social media steps of your campaigns, providing a real-time preview of your social content before launching a campaign.

How To

  1. In your campaign, locate the social media steps that you want to personalize and click the “Edit” button. This will open the editor and you will see the post preview on the left and the editor controls on the right.
  2. The “Title” field refers to the bolded text that indicates what the link being shared will send the audience to. (Optional)
  3. The “Description” field refers to the link description under the title that gives your audience a bit more information about the content they’ll be navigating to in the landing page link. (Optional)
  4. The “Personal Message” field allows you to add content to your link, just as one would when publishing a link to your personal channels. (Optional)
  5. Click the Photo Icon to switch to the photo selector option. (Optional).
    • Search for an image using the image library, upload or drag and drop your own image from your device, or you may provide a URL to the image of your choosing.
    • 👉 Helpful Tip - If using an image from a URL, the URL must be a direct link to the image on a server. For files uploaded from a device, the supported formats are .png.jpg, or .jpeg
  6. Review your post and, once satisfied, click “Save."
  7. When you return to the campaign editor, you’ll see that the previously edited step still shows the pre-selected image, but the checkmark will appear to indicate that the post has been edited successfully
