How are form submissions working for this campaign?
The Riskalyze campaign notifications work a little differently than other campaigns. After campaign leads are captured directly in your Snappy Kraken account, the system logs a visitor clicking through the actual Riskalyze link on the tripwire page.
Email notifications from Snappy Kraken will alert you that a prospect (visitor@email.com) clicked the landing page link directly to your quiz. As always, these link clicks are recorded on your dashboard. The form submissions for this campaign were intentionally designed this way after collaborations with Snappy Kraken and Riskalyze.
The contact's name and email address will be captured in Snappy Kraken, and you will receive a notification like all of our other campaigns. Riskalyze survey results will only be seen on the Riskalyze platform.
