Do I have to pay to use the Marketing Hub?

No - the Marketing Hub is, and will always continue to be, free for our Snappy Kraken clients on any subscription plan.

How do I log in to the Marketing Hub?

When you log in from the Sign-In Page here, your default destination will be the Marketing Hub. Click the arrow to the right of the "Sign in" button to log in directly to one of your products.

From within a particular product, you can always navigate back to the Marketing Hub by locating this icon at the top-right-hand corner of the platform. Click that to bring up a dropdown menu, and click the "Marketing Hub" tab to be brought back to the Marketing Hub.

Why don't I see the Marketing Hub?

If you do not see the Marketing Hub within your account, you may be part of an enterprise that is still approving the use of the Marketing Hub for its advisors. Please email support@snappykraken.com if you're unsure. 

Can I disable the Marketing Hub?

No, you cannot disable the Marketing Hub, but you can choose not to use it, which does not impact how you've been utilizing your Snappy Kraken product(s). However, we encourage you to take advantage of the Marketing Hub - it was designed to help you grow your business!
