Here's How to Manually Unsubscribe Groups from a Campaign
Start by going to My Campaigns under the My Content section.
- Locate the campaign you would like to add the subscriber to and click the last action button on the far-right side, Manage Groups
- Find the group you would like to remove from the campaign and click the blue checkmark with the work Subscribe, which is next to the group's name (when you hover you should see the word Remove)
- You should now see the box grayed out with the word Unsubscribe
That's it! The group is now unsubscribed from the campaign.
Important: When you unsubscribe a group, the program will not allow you to resubscribe the group. This is a feature put in place so that when contacts choose to unsubscribe, you can't accidentally resubscribe them.
