How Do I Unsubscribe a Contact from a Campaign?

You May Need to Manually Unsubscribe a Contact from a Campaign from Time to Time.

Start by going to My Campaigns under the My Content section.

  1. Locate the campaign you would like to add the subscriber to and click the middle action button on the far right side, Manage Subscribers
  2. Find the contact you would like to remove from the campaign and click the blue checkmark with the work Subscribe that is next to their name (when you hover, you should see the word Remove)
  3. You should now see the box grayed out with the word Unsubscribe next to their name

That's it! The contact will now be unsubscribed from the campaign.


Important: When you unsubscribe a contact, the program will not allow you to resubscribe the contact. This feature was implemented so that when contacts choose to unsubscribe, you can't accidentally resubscribe them.
