Convos - How do I test a campaign before sending it to my contacts?

Testing your campaign is easy as 1-2-3!

1. First, add yourself and your personal cell phone as a contact inside your account.

    

   

    

2. You can create a ‘Test’ group and add yourself to it, that way you can always test campaigns and view the consumer experience before sending them to your audience.

    

3. Once you've added yourself as a contact and your test group, go ahead and send your first text message to yourself as a test to feel the magic!

    

   • You can do this by sending yourself a single test message in the messages section, or send yourself a test campaign by selecting ‘Launch New Campaign from Scratch.’

      

Once you've checked that you've received the message you're all set!
