Important Redtail Information:

Using specific Tag Groups created in Redtail, Snappy Kraken imports the group into our segmented group section of contacts using the primary's contact information. Tag Groups are static groups of contacts that you can create within Redtail's CRM. You can apply a tag to an individual record or apply a tag to a group.

  1. With permission, Snappy Kraken will only access primary contact fields (email address, name, address, website, and phone number). Only primary emails and names are required. You can export your groups, delete contacts, and disconnect your Redtail account at any time
  2. Redtail - SK integration does not automatically update. It cannot add or remove contacts unless you manually update groups
  3. If you see a variance in contacts imported from Redtail, it will typically be due to the fact of a lacking required field (first name, last name, email address)
