      How Do I Delete All of My Contacts?

      If You Need a Fresh Start with Your Contacts, Here is How to Remove All From the System

      Start by going to My Contacts under the My Content section.

      1. Once on the My Contact Groups screen, click on the Manage All Contacts button
      2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page
      3. In the bottom right corner, click Delete All Contacts 
      4. Type in the prompt to continue
      5. Click the Delete All Contacts button

      All contacts will now be removed from the system. 

       

      Note: If the users were unsubscribed before removal, they would not be unsubscribed if added back in as a new contact. Our recommendation is to leave the contact in the system to ensure no further communication is sent.
