You're Allotted 20,000 Emails a Month but Can Always Add More!
By default, you are allowed 20,000 emails every month. When you approach your email send limit, you will receive an email notifying you that you are approaching 50%, 75%, 95%, and ultimately when you hit your limit. In this email, there is a link directing you to purchase additional email sends.
If you want additional sends, go to your Library, navigate the search bar, and type "email sends" to locate the order form. This will allocate your selected number of additional emails sent every month moving forward. This reoccurring charge can be canceled at any time.
Our best practice recommendation is to launch 1-2 campaigns per month, which will total approximately 6-10 email sends per subscriber. So, to estimate your monthly email sends, consider the number of contacts you have and multiply that number by 10.
If you run out of monthly email sends, your campaigns will stop. However, you can restart your campaigns once you purchase additional email sends or wait until the following month when you are allocated additional email sends. Here's some information on how to restart a campaign.
