Can I Disable Parts of a Campaign?

You Can Manipulate the Timeline by Disabling Elements

Each part of a campaign can be individually adjusted by clicking on the Status drop-down menu.

If you do not intend to use an email or a social media post as part of your campaign, you can disable it before it launches. If you disable a post, it will still appear in your timeline with a completed check mark, but it will be grayed out and will not be launched in your campaign.

For older email templates and social media steps.
  1. Enter the campaign timeline by clicking the Edit button
  2. Once in the timeline, find the element you would like to disable and click Edit
  3. In the bottom left corner, there is a Status drop-down, click and select Disable.
For Visual builder email templates toggle the step enabled button until it says disabled in the top right corner.
  4. Click Save on the element

You should now see a gray X on the top right-hand corner of the element. This will indicate it is no longer a part of the campaign.

Disabling part of a campaign does not affect the timeline of a campaign. For example, if you disable an email that is sent on day seven and the following email is scheduled for day 14, the original timeline won't change, and the next email will still be sent on day 14.
