Bulk assigning groups or tags to an already existing imported contact list is something we will have to do for you at this time.
Please note that we can only assign tags and groups if all of your contacts need to be assigned to a particular tag(s) and/or group(s). If this is true, please let us know which group(s) and/or tag(s) the contacts need to be added to. The timeline for this process is within 7-10 business days.
Otherwise, the only other option is to delete all of your existing contacts individually and re-import them with the desired tags and groups.
