Understand the function of Blocklist Emails in Account Settings
You can prohibit specific email addresses from receiving your marketing by adding them to your Blocklist.
To get to your Blocklist, click on the "⚙️" in the upper right corner of the platform, and select "Account." Then, select the words "Blocklist Emails" on the lefthand menu.
Click "Add Blocklist Email" and enter an email address. You may also add a "Reason" for record-keeping purposes.
Any emails on this list will not receive your marketing, even if they opt in to a campaign through social media or if they are accidentally subscribed to a campaign.
